Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional
Location: Cary, NC 27513 (Hybrid 2 days a week in office - Tuesday & Wednesday)
Duration: 12-months (possible extension)
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
Must Have Skills
- Center is 24/7 so individual must be able to work all shifts
- Preferred Telecom Experience
Desired Skills- Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation
Education/ Certifications- At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
